My passion centers on helping people build extraordinarily productive, humane and resilient companies.
With nearly four decades of experience with early stage, small and mid-sized companies as a leader, investor and business builder, today I dedicate most of my time to supporting leaders and their teams—from developing best-in-class software like Ninety.io to working as an executive-team coach.
Through my writings and coaching, my goals are to provide people with the core insights, tools, and disciplines that make it almost easy for leaders to not only excel at company building but become better and better versions of the best versions of themselves.
